OVERVIEW

    1. Patients that took OD must be placed on security watch until psychiatry rules out   intentional OD.
       
    2. Activated Charcoal (AC) is contraindicated and/or not useful in CALM (Caustics, Alcohols, Lithium, Metals like iron). Most other substances bind to AC.
       
    3. Dialysable agents are: Alcohols, Barbiturates, Salicylates, Lithium, Theophylline
